ConnectOne

ConnectOne is a ministry of Christian Family Care dedicated to finding adoptive homes and permanency for high-risk youth targeted by the Arizona Department of Child Safety. ConnectOne is utilized by one of CFC’s programs, SYP (Specialized Youth Permanency).

SYP

SYP serves older youth in foster care that are legally free for adoption. Our Youth Advocates work one on one with the youth to provide child specific approaches and trauma informed practices for adoption readiness. They work closely with potential adoptive parents and the child’s team during the recruitment and preparation process of legal permanency. Our program serves youth statewide, and we have offices located in Phoenix, Prescott, and Tucson. SYP envisions every youth loved and cared for in a supportive place of permanency.

Christian Family Care is a faith based non-profit with more than 40 years of experience providing homes and services to children and families in Arizona. CFC’s mission is strengthening families and serving at-risk children in the name of Jesus Christ. The agency is licensed by the State of Arizona and accredited by the Council of Accreditation (COA).
